Strategic guidance for growing your practice. Includes: business planning, marketing strategy, website development, intake paperwork, pricing, systems setup, burnout prevention, and scaling from solo practice to group practice. Personalized to your goals and capacity.
PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION
Custom consulting for teams, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, and law firms. Training on capacity, burnout prevention, systems thinking, and resilience. Can include team assessments, strategic planning, and implementation support.
ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTATION
What to Expect
Consultation is collaborative and truly customized to your needs. You'll work with Katie to identify your specific challenge, explore the systems at play, and build a strategic roadmap. Sessions are Zoom or in-person, and you'll leave with concrete next steps and deliverables.
The length of engagement is truly based off of your need. Katie has worked with people for just 1 time, met the goals in just a few meetings, or has an ongoing relationship with them. Katie will work with you to determine what makes sense for your specific goals during a brief discovery call.
Investment
Professional consultation is $150/hour, prorated for partial hours. There are flexible packages that available as well. These can be discussed more during your discovery call, including specific options that fit your budget and goals.
