Client Services

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a form of therapeutic intervention that involves a small group of individuals who gather to discuss their thoughts, feelings, and experiences with the guidance of a trained therapist. This format allows participants to learn from one another, share coping strategies, and gain support in a safe environment. At Abundant Hope Therapy, we offer various group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

The specific offerings may vary depending on the active groups at the time. Each group session aims to foster healing, connection, and personal growth among participants, making it a valuable component of the therapeutic experience. You can see our active groups here!

Individual Therapy

Therapy sessions can be conducted online or in-person. All online therapy sessions will be conducted through a HIPAA compliant platform, integrated into the electronic health record. This system allows clients to have easy access to join sessions and aren’t required to download any systems.

EMDR Intensives

Sometimes a longer session can be determined appropriate depending on what issues are being addressed and that’s where intensives can come in.

Additionally, intensives can be appealing for clients that have scheduling conflicts that prohibit them coming to therapy more often and longer sessions can help them meet their goals in different ways.

Length of these incentives are determined between the therapist and client and can range in length. If interested, you can learn more about them here. Katie Casey is the only therapist available for EMDR Intensives.

Play Therapy & Sand Tray

Children and teens can have unique needs when it comes to their therapy experience. This is where play therapy and sand tray therapy can be beneficial for these clients! While adults can benefit from these interventions too, younger clients are uniquely suited for this work. You can learn more about play therapy and sand tray through the different links. Rachel Morris is the only therapist available for this type of service.
