Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful parts of us.

Groups
Meeing in a group setting can be a unique way to learn more skills, gain support, and address mental health needs. Being in groups of others while we work through vulnerable issues helps us know we aren’t alone. There are different types of groups that can be offered: support, education, therapy, and a mix of those. Depending on what you are looking for and the therapist leading the group, different groups can help with various needs.
Depending on different factors, I offer different groups on varying topics. Please check the section below for my current groups.
