Meet Rachel Morris, MA
Pre-Licensed Therapist
Hi, I’m Rachel, a therapist who believes that healing starts with feeling seen, heard, and understood.
I work with individuals ages 4 and up, specializing in anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is all about building a strong, trusting relationship first—because therapy works best when you feel safe and supported. I see my clients as the experts in their own lives, and I work alongside them to set meaningful, achievable goals.
I would describe myself as kind, intentional, and transparent. I strive to make therapy feel approachable and relatable, balancing real conversations with a touch of humor when needed. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves.
I earned my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University and have a passion for validating my clients’ experiences while advocating for them along the way.
Outside of work, you can usually find me reading, hunting for treasures at estate sales, going on walks, or bingeing reality TV. If you’re looking for a space where you can show up as you are, I’d love to meet you.
