The presenter will utilize lectures, discussions, and exercises to support the learning objectives and facilitate learning.

Learning Objectives:

  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of three evidence-based experiential dreamwork techniques to be utilized with clients

  • Describe the origins of Jungian dream work as foundational to the field of psychology

  • Compare and contrast Jungian experiential dreamwork with IFS

  • Engage in active imagination exercises to increase the client’s access to significant and meaningful unconscious material and integrate Self-lead personal directives

  • Differentiate specific dream work techniques to be utilized with ptsd nightmares

Cost:

  • $60 regular rate

  • $40 for students/pre-licensed

Location: This is a virtual training occurring via Zoom. Link will be shared via email approximately 3 days before with other materials

CE Credit Available:  5 CE hrs via NBCC. Abundant Hope Therapy has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7477. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Abundant Hope Therapy is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

About the Presenter: Tara Forrest Greene, is a licensed marriage and family therapist and the owner of Forrest Counseling Services, LLC. She is passionate about helping adults and children heal from relational trauma and move toward healthy relationships, with a speciality in supporting women recovering from domestic abuse as well as children and teens facing trauma or anxiety. She is certified in EMDR, Trauma Play, SSP, and Prepare/Enrich, and trained in Domestic Abuse Victim Advocacy and TF-CBT, using a polyvagal-informed lens throughout her work. Her first priority is creating a safe, compassionate environment that supports healing, self-understanding, and empowerment. Tara uses an integrative, collaborative approach, adapting to each client’s needs and fostering a sense of agency throughout their therapy process.

Materials: All registered participants will receive the seminar materials approximately 3 days before the training.

Refund Policy: Full refunds will be  available 1 week before the event. After that time, refunds will be given in terms of a credit for a future training held by Abundant Hope Therapy
